Why, hello again…

July 20th, 2008 by kunal

Yea, I know. I’ve been a little MIA, a little lacking in posts, a bit “unavailable”. I’m a horrible person, what can I say. Speaking of MIA, I am in Miami this week for the AAAA’s Planning Conference and am hoping to provide some daily debriefs on the conversations and discussions that take place here. The conference will be heavily rooted in the digital world and its effect on the planning discipline, so look for that in the coming days…

But one thing I do want to share now is a service I came across a little while ago called Dashwire. I don’t want to spend paragraphs of text talking about how great it is, so I’ll keep it short and sweet:

It essentially integrates the mobile world with the online experience - and allows you to control your mobile media (SMS, pics, voicemail, contacts, etc…) online. You can upload pictures from your phone to facebook/flickr/myspace/etc with one click - all without using cables. Plus, it’s all free. Pretty cool stuff - not perfect, but definitely a neat service in my opinion…

  1. Chris says,

I was right with that Dashwire idea until I saw the checkbox about using the carrier data network and needing an unlimited data plan. Hmm…
