The revolution *might still* be televised.

The good folks in the UK recently released a report on the future growth of television viewing, they actually project it to rise over the next 5 years, albeit a “staggering” 4%. Still, pretty intriguing, as most (me included) would predict quite the opposite.

Shows are antiquated

Rob Walker delves into the success of Nickelodeon’s Yo Gabba Gabba! ” particulary owing to its smart use of figures culturally relevant to the parents (Biz Markie, Dan Zanes, etc.) and smart merchandising.
